Privacy Notice for the Processing of Personal Data pursuant to Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Excen srl, acting as the Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the effects of EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.

 

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

Processing Methods. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

via electronic computers using third-party managed software systems.

Each processing is carried out in compliance with the methods referred to in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and by adopting appropriate security measures provided.

 

Recipient (whistleblowing).

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of authorized personnel:

Communication: your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of Recipients including all Data Processors duly appointed:

subcontractors.

 

Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

Reports and related documentation are kept for the time necessary for the processing of the report and in any case not exceeding five years from the date of communication of the final outcome of the reporting procedure, in compliance with the confidentiality obligations under Article 12 of legislative decree no. 24 of 2023;

established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law.

 

Retention Period. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the Data Subject The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.
